Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven

Recently I started a new category on this blog I entitled Jesus. Here is the first entry of this series.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; John 11:25

In a society that is becoming increasingly spiritual we must not forget that Jesus is the only way to heaven.

Being morally good, going to church, paying tithes, doing community service, giving to charities, coaching your kids soccer team, not talking stink about people, not swearing…….are all great traits to have in your life.

As good as these actions are, they are meaningless if we do not have a personal relationship with Jesus. Only a relationship with Jesus will allow us to enter heaven when our time on this earth has expired.
